Fermentation of Sake has mysterious point. Especially craft Sake is not same as factory Sake making. That is why its not possible to make an exactly same taste of Sake. Every year, its like lucky bag.

This is the concept of “Fukubukuro”.

Grape like flavor and smooth taste, but has a body.　

Its little bit mild for Tamagawa, but this is Fukubukuro!!
